Chair - Nominating Committee - Job Description

• To chair all Nominating Committee meetings.
• To call periodic committee meetings to discuss open Board of Directors and Team Captain positions and what steps and ideas that can be taken to fill positions.
• To coordinate all submissions of nominations via Nomination Forms and present them to the Nominating Committee.
• Present all nominations to the Board of Directors as a motion.
• Make sure nomination forms are inserted in player package.
• Strive to have all Board of Directors positions filled, for following year, for announcement at the Fall General Meeting and Banquet.

Nominating Committee - Job Description

• Attend all committee meetings called by the Chair.
• Identify and recruit players and nonplayers to fill Board of Directors, Captain and committee positions on an ongoing basis .
• Bring new ideas to the committee table on how we can improve our recruiting methods.
