ESSA Job Description - Spares Manager

Creates / advises the Board of Directors on the process to manage spare players. Assigns spares to teams as needed during the season.

Position Description

  1. Help create / update the spare player management procedures.
  2. Is the contact point for teams needing spares.
  3. Contacts spares to play as required. Notifies team captains of assigned spare(s).
  4. Review the ratings of spares as required.
