Teams Represented: Culture/Auditors, M.E.D.T., Finance, Health, Labour, Municipal Affairs, Teranet – Hellraisers, Environment, Education – Groundhogs, Exboz, Tax & Fiscal, Hounds

  1. Alvaro Castillo (Exboz) advised of a charity Bowling Tournament for Big

Brothers. Event will be held In February/March at the Bathurst Bowlerama (Bathurst & Glencairn). All teams invited to enter 1 or more teams. He will send a reminder to all captains in December/January.


  1. Each team will buy their own baseballs this year. Any brand but it must have a .47 core.


  1. Due to financial considerations, trophies will still be awarded as prizes.


  1. The league fees will be $250.00 for this season, payable immediately.


  1. The league would like to thank Mike Peterson, from Labour, for doing such an excellent job maintaining League Standings and creating a League website. Several teams advised that without his work they would have had difficulty fielding teams this year. Thanks for your time and effort, Mike.


  1. Wednesday Division opted to use the league standings, as is, to determine the round-robin pools. Thursday Division opted to split the top and bottom 4 teams and do a random draw (2 from each per pool).


  1. For this season, the Wednesday rainout week will not be recorded, regardless of whether or not the game was played. In future, a team captain must always call the opposition if they are unable to field a team.


  1. For this season’s playoffs, the home team’s last at-bat is not guaranteed.


  1. All team captains to canvass their teams to determine if the final party should be moved from Saturday September 15 to a weeknight, either:
