Expanded Senior Slo-Pitch Association Players Creed

1. I will aim to be an excellent teammate - be supportive and encouraging to my teammates and demonstrate enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

2. I will show respect for umpires, my teammates, my Captain and other members of the ESSA and their decisions.

3. I will be flexible and regarding the position and roles I am assigned.

4. I will arrive at the park 30 minutes before scheduled game time in order to participate in pregame activities and field preparation.

5. I will advise my Captain as soon as I know I will not be able to play in a game in order for a spare player to be requested.

6. I will be play ready ball; be aware of the batting order and be available to assist my teammates in any manner that I can.

7. I will promote the ESSA and seek to increase participation as players, volunteers and sponsors.

8. I will, when possible, participate, volunteer and support ESSA events.
